The Chief Officer for Economy & Skills has authorised a mini competition for the West Yorkshire LVEP to procure professional services and digital marketing support from suppliers on the DPS; award multi year zero-value contracts, and to raise Call-Off orders as needed, to assist the West Yorkshire LVEP with delivering the priorities and actions outlined in the West Yorkshire DMP.
