## Description

The consultants will be required to provide a Spatial Framework for the West End of Oxford\. This will include an overarching vision that links together a public realm strategy, design code, infrastructure considerations, and site specific masterplans\. It will set out the council's aspirations for the area and be ultimately manifested in an indicative plan for what the West End could transform into\.
