Emerging System Leaders Programme (ESLP)

This notice is provided to inform the market of a contract award made to TPC Leadership Limited following a competitive quotes process.

The requirement is to develop and deliver the Emerging System Leaders Programme (ESLP) as a part of the Accelerated Director Development Scheme (ADDS). This is a CEO Led Partnership approach to developing future senior system leaders.

The scheme identifies, develops and deploys high potential leaders at one level below Board, ready within 9 - 24 months to be Executive Directors and skilled system leaders.

The provider will work with Herts and West Essex Integrated Care Board to design and shape the programme model, test the concept and expected deliverables and to evaluate the outcomes proposing a sustainable ESLP model to deliver to future cohorts.
