Sandal Magna Commuunity Academy - Roof Replacement Works

The works include the design, supply and installation of the existing failed roof coverings with new single ply membrane waterproofing system and insulation to provide 25 year insurance-backed warranty / guarantees for workmanship and materials. The works also include for the replacement of existing roof lights and roof windows with non-fragile windows to provide 10 year insurance-backed warranty / guarantees for workmanship and materials. In addition, the replacement of all rainwater goods with new polyester powder coated aluminium rainwater goods is also included. The scheme will involve the use of scaffolding.
