CCUS Development - Legal Advisory Support

BEIS requires a legal advisory services to support the Carbon, Capture, Usage and Storage (CCUS) programme. The supplier will: • Support the ongoing design of work within the CCUS programme to enable deployment of 'clusters' by the mid-2020s and further clusters by 2030 (further detail below); • Provide advisory support on legal considerations for CCUS business models and implications for associated policy development; • Provide advisory support on potential commercial engagement with CCUS projects and developers.
