ePEPs, Children in Care Educational Attendance and Data Analysis - AWARD

Norfolk County Council was seeking to buy to buy an off the shelf solution for the monitoring of the attendance of its Children in Care up to and including year 13 at schools, colleges, further education institutions, training providers, other specialist education provision and children's residential provision, plus the development, hosting, recording and monitoring of Electronic Personal Education Plans (e-PEPs) of its Children in Care and data analysis of both e-PEPs and Children in Care education attendance.
