Employee Assistance Programme - Psychological Therapy Services

Description

The Council has employed a provider to work in partnership with the Council and its managers to support and improve wellbeing of our employees by providing psychological therapy services. The provision of an Employee Assistance Programme Psychological Therapy Services is to include as a minimum: • Initial telephone or online assessment and refer employees to the appropriate provision, including signposting to external services where appropriate. • Confidential 1:1 Counselling (Face to Face or Telephone as appropriate) • Tailored Bereavement Counselling • Management Advice / Guidance
