## Description

WMCA is seeking to appoint an external Legal provider to provide support in relation to in relation to Metro interface with HS2 and Curzon Street Station\. The supplier shall provide such advice, support and drafting as the WMCA may require in relation to the negotiation and agreement of the necessary access and rights to enable the efficient construction, operation and maintenance of the metro through the Curzon Street site\.
