Gartner consultancy for future of CDIO Finance

Looking forward to next year and the plans we have to develop and gain efficiencies across the team, looking to secure some direction on how we may approach that.

We have some ideas around areas to target for automation, centralisation, system enhancements, potential skills we are lacking but feel that some external guidance would help shape our thinking further, as well as provide a steer on how best to execute.

Through this engagement we hope to ultimately reduce the level of staffing across the organisation by way of identifying efficiencies across the team.
