Somerset Council - Works and Services to Void Properties

Description

Somerset Council (SC) has a requirement to appoint three contractors to carry out works and services to Void Properties. Void related works and services are repairs to the Council's domestic properties carried out while a property is unoccupied (Void Properties), during the period between a tenant vacating the property and a new tenant moving in. The repairs are those necessary to ensure the property meets SC's Lettable Standard.
