## Description

The contracts provide for short \(up to 2 years\) and long term \(over 2 years\) floating support for: 1\. older people, including dementia sufferers \(500\+ placements\) 2\. adults with learning difficulties and/or mental health \(450\+ placements\) 3\. adults with physical impairment \(HIV\) \(20 placements\) The services provide housing related support to adults with the aim of maximising their independence, and helping them to sustain their home/tenancy\.
