AQP Childrens Continuing Care -Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Luton

NHS Nene CCG, NHS Corby CCG, NHS Milton Keynes CCG, NHS Bedfordshire CCG and NHS Luton CCG would like to notify the market of their forthcoming intention to undertake an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) process for a Children's Continuing Care service for Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Luton. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a list of Approved Providers who can deliver high quality, outcome focussed packages of care in these communities to children and young people who meet the threshold for continuing care (CC) support in accordance with the service specification. The procurement is expected to go live in early October with the contract commencing on 1st April 2018.
