Work description
North Somerset Council (NSC) require a consultant to provide additional procurement support to the project team for the Winterstoke Hundred Academy Expansion (WHAE). The appointed consultant will support NSC with the procurement of a Design and Build contractor for the WHAE project, using the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) and a JCT contract.
