NKDC - Pitched Roofing

Description

Overview The works being procured as part of this Procurement are that the Supplier shall replace pitched roofs on a total of one hundred (100) of the Council's stock of Social Housing properties which have been identified as in need of renewal due to age and condition. The Works shall be divided to approximately 80 in the initial 35 week period and 10 in each of the two optional years (these volumes are provided for indicative purposes only and may be subject to change). Properties are located throughout the whole of the North Kesteven District of Lincolnshire.
