Leadership, Culture, and Learning As the system is in the midst of a re-organisation plan to develop its focus on Place, it would like a contractor to ensure that its development of Place-based governance is robust.

Improved Out of Hospital Capacity and Demand Modelling The system would like a contractor to review projected demand and identify gaps in capacity, and quantify the anticipated demand for 2023/24. This offer represents a hands-on expert, critical friend model of support, working with the system to ascertain how to assemble an agreed picture and narrative of what their data is saying about Capacity & Demand, to get to an agreed position of the gaps in Capacity & Demand, and to support their building the short term and long-term action plan to make improvements stick.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
