## Description

EM Lawshare - Legal Services - Mini-Competition\. The Council has a requirement to procure a Service Provider for the provision of legal services in accordance with its requirement to procure a new leisure management service provider\. In addition, the Council may have a requirement \(not guaranteed but may be required by the Council\) for legal services to create a JCT design and build contract in connection with Bedworth Physical Activity Hub \(PAH\) construction\. The current main contractor is appointed under a Pre-Constriction Services Agreement \(PCSA\) following a procurement exercise but a JCT Design and Build Contract is yet to be completed\.
