Work description
The Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission an impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) system to control corrosion of the external immersed hull of HMS Belfast, electrically connected steelwork such as the anchor chains Imperial War Museum Cathodic Protection HMS Belfast Works Information - Cathodic Protection Installation 1806-BRL-04-XX-SP-C-0002 7 Beckett Rankine and the immersed and buried surfaces of the steel support piles for two mooring dolphins for the vessel, which are situated on the River Thames in the City of London.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
