Mole Valley District Council Digital Care Contract

Mole Valley District Council require a Supplier to provide an online platform of software applications and algorithms (and associated equipment) for monitoring the activity and wellbeing of people living at home or in extra care and residential care facilities.

The procurement was a direct award without competition; an exemption from the Council's Procurement Code was granted on the grounds that services required were of a special and proprietary character where best value could only be provided from the supplier who provided services originally on a trial basis.
