## Description

Firefighting Foam disposal, foam tank and bunded tank cleaning, foam replacement, annual testing and consignment stock of foam for Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service\. Due to changes within the regulations governing firefighting foam, Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service \(NFRS\) are required to replace all of their existing foam stocks\.
