## Description

Warwickshire County Council \(the Council\) wish to commission a single provider for a countywide accommodation based Housing Related Support service \(HRS\) for people aged 25 and above, including ex-offenders\. Housing Related Support \(HRS\) is a non-statutory service provision offered to adults aged 16 years and over across Warwickshire\. Services provide support to enable vulnerable people to be able to attain and / or maintain independent living with a view to preventing problems that can cause homelessness, hospitalisation or institutional care\.
