YPO 001231 - Commissioning Solutions 2

YPO are looking for a single Provider to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Commissioning Services 2. The Framework will offer a route to market to allow authorities to create bespoke commissioning solutions to deliver a range of services via a Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS), Framework Agreements, and Any Qualified Provider (AQP) models. A DPS is similar to an electronic framework agreement, with two exceptions, new suppliers can join at any time and it is to be run as a completely electronic process.
