Your Homes Newcastle wishes to procure a competent provider to supply an automated, cloud-based, contact solution that operates independently across various systems, for both Your Homes Newcastle and, Leazes Homes Limited\. We are seeking relevant, complete tenders for the provision of a specialist solution to enable us to establish effective Customer contact on behalf of both Your Homes Newcastle and Leazes Homes\. The required solution should intelligently interpret data and signpost the Customer call to the appropriate service area\.
