Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake Demolition of 1nr existing upstream bridge at Cawsand including blocking footpaths and Demolition, design and construction of 1nr downstream bridge as detailed in drawings, specifications and associated documents. The works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Design & Build. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
