## Description

Derby City Council commissioned a scoping study for the Low Carbon Transport Technology Centre concept in2014 with a final report produced in June 2015\. The Low Carbon Transport Technology Centre \(LCTTC\) concept can be described as: ‘An engineering centre focused on bringing together OEMs, the supply chain and university expertise to engage in applied R&D, testing and training\. The focus of the Centre will be on the deployment of electric, fuel cell and hybrid power-train and smart system integration in vehicle applications for the bus, rail, commercial, off-highway, military and marine markets’\. We require professional services support to help progress the LCTTC from the initial concept feasibility stage into a pilot delivery phase\. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 17 August 2016\. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response\.
