Grimsby Creates Brand Development and Content

Description

The Authority is seeking to appoint a Provider to develop the Grimsby Creates brand in North East Lincolnshire. The Provider will need to consider the Spark Grimsby brand which is currently a business development commissioned activity of the CDF programme and will come to an end in March 2023. We are specifically seeking help with drawing together the existing brand knowledge, understanding Grimsby Creates place in the newly developed creativity strategy and other initiatives (such as the Heritage Starter Fund)and provide the assets to communicate creatively in a powerful, authentic and succinct fashion. The Authority expects the Provider to work in partnership with local creatives to deliver the brand assets.
