Provision of experienced and qualified trainers for the delivery of initial training to newly recruited Police Community Support Officers (PCSO’s) and Initial Police Learning and Development Programme (IPLDP) for both Cumbria and Lancashire Constabularies

The requirement of fully qualified and experienced trainers to work in partnership with Cumbria & Lancashire Constabulary training staff, to successfully deliver initial training to newly recruited Police Community Support Officers (PCSO’s) and the Initial Police Learning and Development Programme (IPLDP). Together with the provision of occasional trainers who are experienced and qualified to deliver Crime Training or Personal Safety Training and to support or deliver other training needs as requested.
