The Employer's objective is to obtain the complete design, construction, commissioning and fit out work required to create a new Two-Storey Modular Office Build Building\. A contract will be let for the design and construction of the works as described in this document and utilising the JCT "Design and Building Contract \(DB\) - 2016 Edition" issued by the Joint Contracts Tribunal\.
