## Description

Liverpool City Council is interested in hearing from organisations who can offer long term leasing models to support the Council in acquiring accommodation by purchasing units to meet a range of needs within the Council which includes temporary accommodation, clients from Adult and Children services\. Accommodation is required for a mix of single and family units to support over 500 households\.
