Provision of NEC Project Manager and Cost Control (QS) Service

Chesterfield Borough Council seeks to appoint a NEC MM and Cost Control (QS) Services to be provided to give client-side control during the implementation of the Revitalising the Heart of Chesterfield public realm improvement project.\r \r The period of service need is from main works tender return to end of defects liability.\r \r The purpose of this service is to control and limit the council's financial, legal, and other liabilities with respect to the delivery of the contract works, to meet the council's obligations and responsibilities within the contract and to ensure a high standard of delivery is met with respect to the NEC principles.
