## Description

Delivery of legal advice and representation services in Scotland for the DWP 's Child Maintenance Service linked to the recovery of child maintenance arrears from parents who have a responsibility to pay for children\. The initial contract term for this direct award via the Debt Resolution Service Framework Lot 7 Scottish Litigation is for the period 14/10/25 to 3/8/26 \. There is an optional extension period of 1 year plus 1 year plus a period of up to 3 months with a maximum end date of 13/12/28\. The total value of the contract , if fully extended, is estimated to be approximately £15,000 plus VAT \(ie £18,000 inclusive of VAT\)
