Motorway Service Areas (MSAs) Access Guides 2023

Description

This contract is for the disability Access Guides for all Motorway Service Areas (MSA) in England only. These access guides enable disabled road-users and the travelling companions, to plan their journeys on the motorway by helping to identify the service areas that best meet their individual and specific access requirements. The key purpose of this further requirement is that the access guides must be continued, kept up to date, accurate, free to use, accessible and inclusive. The new contract will be in place for a minimum period of 3 years.
