Suite 9 Window Repairs / Replacement

At the Lewisham Hospital Suite 9, we have a large number of full tilt and turn windows that require repairs or replacement as some of these windows cannot be opened safely. We seek a contractor to provide a suitably qualified and experienced technician to effect the repair to each window as follows: • To replace full tilt and turn aluminium window mechanism with specialist like for like mechanism. • To replace specialist tilt and turn aluminium window handles with like for like replacement. • To service all windows which will include cleaning dirt away, lubricating all components and adjusting any keeps or hinges where necessary. Log faults and provide separate quotes to repair. At the first service windows shall be numbered to make reporting faults easier.

If repairs to windows cannot be carried out then costs of complete window replacement should be provided.
