NHS Doncaster CCG wishes to appoint two frameworks for the delivery of Complex Home Care Services:

Lot 1 - Adults with complex care needs and children and young people with specialist needs and/or a disability

Lot 2 - Learning disabilities continuing healthcare for adults

Invitation to Tender documents containing detailed specifications for each service are available at www.nhssourcing.co.uk.

All providers wishing to take part must register on the above website and download all available documents. You are then required to submit your completed tender via this procurement portal by 12 noon on the 6th September 2019.

Additional information: Interested providers should register on the procurement portal and download all documents relevant to this project. Completed tender documents should then be submitted via this portal by the deadline indicated. Doncaster CCG reserves the right to reject any submissions made after this deadline.
