Work description
The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a multi Provider framework agreement for the provision of 24/7/365 (6) Building Works Reactive Maintenance Services, and Small Works Projects up to a Value of £350,000.00. The framework will be at NIL value. There will be up to 3 Framework suppliers appointed. Total annual value in the region of £1m.
