Annual Billing for Revenues and Benefits

Rutland County Council are looking for a service provider to process, print, and send its annual council tax bills, business rates bills and benefit notifications (potentially with inserts) over a four year period. Tenders are invited to provide a four year price based on the documents produced for the financial year ending 31/03/2019 the number of which will be subject to change each year.
