Futures Housing Group Ltd \(FHG\) has an opportunity to explore alternative methods of construction \(subject to planning\) of two domestic dwellings at 92 Cromford Road, Langley Mill, Derbyshire\. Whilst this is a small opportunity, our future plans include modular and off-site construction and we see this site as an opportunity to explore what is possible\. You are therefore invited to make an Expression of Interest with an outline proposal prior to any formal tender, to tell us what you can do\. The site has easy access and consists currently of a large domestic property with sever structural issues\.
