## Description

The London Borough of Merton \("the Council"\) is inviting tenders to bid to provide a digital enabled service and deliver a digital enabled solution capable of permitting remote working and linking dispersed alarms and other equipment in customers' homes to both our call handling and response centre and to Merton's systems\.
