The British Library is seeking to purchase a learning experience platform to incorporate into our departmental training operations in order to create a rich, innovative and inspiring learning provision, which effectively uses technology to enhance the employee learning experience.The new system needs to make it easy for users to find content that is relevant to their current role, will prepare them for future opportunities, or simply broaden their general skills and knowledge. It should act as the one place to support the learning needs of the business containing online courses, on demand resources and related classroom sessions
