## Description

Abri are seeking to put into place a works contractors framework agreement to undertake construction works on the development programme on sites throughout the South of England\. We are looking for a wide range and number of partners who will be able to work with us to deliver our future programme\. Schemes range in size from a few individual homes through to 100 plus homes on an individual site\. Abri has a development strategy to deliver 10,000 new homes in the period to 2030\. The development programme will involve a proportion of section 106 developer led projects and land led opportunities requiring the services of contractors\. This Framework Agreement is also open to the any member of the Wayfarer Consortium\. Lot 1 - West \(Swindon, Wiltshire, Dorset, Bournemouth/Christchurch/Poole and all areas west thereof\) Band 1 Contracts <=?5m Band 2 Contracts >?5m to ?15m Band 3 Contracts >?15m Lot 2 - East \(Vale of White Horse, West Berkshire, Test Valley, New Forest and all areas east thereof\) Band 1 Contracts <=?5m Band 2 Contracts >?5m to ?15m Band 3 Contracts >?15m All interested organisations must register \(free of charge\) with InTend \(https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/radian\)\.
