The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for a Fused Deposition Modelling 3D Printer on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, Cymru Group at Wales.

Scope of Requirement AMRC Cymru are seeking a supplier to supply, install and commission a Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printer with composite filament fabrication. This specification is aimed at purchasing equipment for use in AMRC research applications. It is expected that suppliers will provide long term support for the equipment including application engineering, programming, and software upgrades.

Tender Process and Documentation: This procurement is an open procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015

The University wishes to exercise its option to reduce the timeframe for the return of tenders in accordance with the Regulations ( Public Contracts Regulations 2015).
