## Description

Nottinghamshire County Council \(the 'Council'\), on behalf of Ashfield District Council \(ADC\), is seeking to form a contract with one Contractor to undertake the installation of Boilers on a Planned basis and ad-hoc basis based on the specification of works, all sites are owned by Ashfield District Council\.\\r \\r The contract used will be a JCT Measured Terms Building Contract \(2016 edition\)\.\\r \\r Contract Duration 12 months with no extensions\.\\r \\r Estimated Contract Value £900,000, excluding VAT\.
