Wirral Partnership Homes (Developments) Limited (WPH) is seeking quotes for the provision of Clerk of Works service from a single provider across seven development projects in Wirral.

The anticipated unit mix and site locations are listed below. All detail provided here is indicative and subject to change.

I. Barncroft Extra Care, Pensby. Construction of 21 apartments and associated communal facilities.

II. Clifton Avenue Eastham. Demolition of 4 storey apartment block and construction of 15nr houses and 12 apartments.

III. Mallowdale Close, Eastham. Demolition of existing garages and construction of 6nr houses and 1 bungalows.

IV. Church Street, Wallasey. Construction of 10 houses.

V. Saughall Massie Road, West Kirby, 14nr Houses.

VI. Flambards, Cheverton Road, Woodchurch, 17nr houses.

VII. Delamere Avenue, Eastham, 6 houses, 6 apartments.
