Hull City Council (The Authority) has appointed Align Property Partners Limited to provide HCC New-Build RIBA 1 Feasibility Studies - 3 sites (Phase 1). The opportunity was advertised from the Council's Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework using Direct Award via rotation within Lot 3 - Building Engineering Construction. The Contract is from 9th February 2026 until 27th March 2026. The estimated Contract value is £32,838.77
