Provision of CA Gen Specialist

Description

The specialist will deliver outcomes for specific projects (including, but not be limited to, changes to Vehicles Excise Duty (VED) schemes) and make technical changes in accordance with business requirements and technical solutions which will be provided by DVLA's business analysts and technical architects. The Specialist will be required to: • Deliver an exceptionally high standard of code; • Undertake development work on the DVLA's central vehicles management system (VSS); • Deliver mandatory legislative changes to the central vehicles system; • Implement Key VED related change initiatives prompted by Treasury and other Central Government agencies.
