Work description
The London Borough of Newham is situated in East London. The Council has a housing stock of approximately 23,000 owned or leased dwellings with a small number of units situated outside of the borough. The majority of the housing stock (75%) consists of purpose-built flats on residential estates in 84 high-rise blocks and 2,300 blocks of below 6 storeys.
