## Description

PAMS087 - Tools for the Technology Operational Capability \(TTOC\) TTOC is an essential strategic service to National Highways, providing service management for our roadside technology\. The outcomes of this contract will be operational technology service management that is largely delivered and supported in-house by teams that will have the opportunity to upskill and learn additional technology skills working with the awarded supplier who will provide advice, guidance and specialist support as required\.
