Following an internal review, we have decided to withdraw this tender and anticipate that a revised specification will be published shortly\. Apologies, for the inconvenience this may have caused\.\(The LGA are looking to commission a piece of work to support local authorities in non-metropolitan areas to deliver their ambitions of building homes to meet local housing demand, the reinvigoration of town centres and strengthen local communities\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
