Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service \(NFRS\) currently uses an external provider to undertake its biennial staff survey of its workforce of approximately 860 staff\. NFRS is conducting a competitive procurement to test the market to ensure it realises best value for money and to benefit from any advances/ developments in the employee engagement sector\.
