## Description

The Authority is embarking on a Programme to install Poly Voltaic Panels across our commercial and operational estate\. The first tranche will be for 14 Sites comprising of 15 arrays\. We required consultancy services to support our development of a specification for the procurement of contractor/s to design and build these projects\. This is a direct award as a call off under under lot 3 of PAN2200 Construction Consultancy Services Framework\.
