GB-London: Refurbishment Works - Majestic Court

To undertake refurbishment works entailing the replacement of flat entrance doors, windows and general refurbishment works i.e. internal and external decoration, to Majestic Court in Finsbury Park. The Employer is seeking the services of a competent, experienced and capable Principal Contractor to undertake these works.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
